In a dis-heartening time of company lay offs, operational efficiency and better gross margins became the highest priority.
Re-grouping with counterparts in product and engineering leadership, we doubled-down on the core product and value moment.
Enabled by a revived tech strategy, I led the re-design and launch of the web application and service. Together with a team who showed immense courage during such a turbulent time we scaled a manual proof of concept in one country, to a slick machine-driven application deployed across ten countries.
